Find Support
NAMI members participate in many local support groups. Some groups are
designed for family members; others are peer support groups for people with mental
illness. There's even an online peer support
group.
A support group can be the best way to fight isolation -- to beat the feeling
that you are the only person in the world with these problems. A support group
may help you gain perspective, overcome problems, and find hope.

FirstCall
TriCounty Community Network (TCN) sponsors free, confidential
information and referral services, funded by the United Way, through the
FirstCall phone referral line at (610) 705-3301. Callers are assisted with
general information and referral to community agencies that provide
services, benefits, and more specific answers to callers’ needs. There is no
restriction to the area or need; however, this is not an emergency service.
Emergency calls are directed to 911. The office is open from 8:30 AM – 4:30
PM Monday through Friday.
