Montgomery County Emergency Service, Inc. (MCES) is a non-profit behavioral health services center serving the needs of southeastern Pennsylvania residents and communities since 1974.

MCES offers a comprehensive array of clinical, educational, and outreach services related to the needs of:

  • Individuals and families experiencing a behavioral health crisis as a result of a serious mental illness or substance abuse or both.

  • Individuals with serious mental illness who are involved with the criminal justice system.

TriCounty Community Network (TCN) sponsors free, confidential information and referral services, funded by the United Way, through the FirstCall phone referral line at (610) 705-3301. Callers are assisted with general information and referral to community agencies that provide services, benefits, and more specific answers to callers’ needs. There is no restriction to the area or need; however, this is not an emergency service. Emergency calls are directed to 911. The office is open from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
